What if someone leaves negative feedback using the SMS feature?

     In the off chance that one of your customers leaves negative feedback, they will be prompted to give a short explanation of what happened that caused their unhappy experience.  The business owner/key managers/staff will immediately received an email/text message alerting them to the negative review.
