How do I know that someone has left feedback?

     The owner/key managers/staff for the business are immediately notified when a customer has left feedback (both positive and negative).  The notification can be both emailed and sent via text message to the owner/key managers/staff for the business. The instant notification gives the company the ability to address any concerns promptly.
