What happens if I go over my monthly allowance of text messages?

     The system will send an alert to the agency email address altering them that there will be no further SMS text message sent for that account.  If a business or agency feel that they will need additional text messages, they should set up a Twillio account and key in the Twillio Token and ID into the software.
