The “Resolve” button allows you to update a contact record to show that the customer has been contacted and the issue was handled or resolved. This will update the graph on the home page as well. When updated the button will switch from a red “Resolve” to a green “Resolved” status. If you update the threshold settings to a higher minimum threshold, any record that is below that threshold ( example move threshold from 3 to 4 stars, any 3 star reviews may now show as “Resolve” and be Suppressed) will update based on this setting.
