How Does Xero Work?

While we are work on the next upgrade to the API there is no documentation, however it's really simple.

You set the Threshold for Number of Days and when you connect to Xero it imports all of the recent contacts.

If the customer is new or had already met the Setup > Threshold Settings > Number of days limit ( say day 31 in a 30 day setting) it will import them and start the initial feedback process.
