Can we promote any review site in the software?

Yes you can add any other site you prefer. There are several of the top loaded in the system, but you simply upload an image and link to the site you prefer.

Go to the Review Site Promotion option of the Setup Tab. Scroll to the bottom and click the Add Review Site button. Add the review site you wish as well as upload its logo.
