There is a sample in the Contact Manger's upload screen to help format properly.
Common formatting problems:
- Do not include hyphens or parenthesis in the phone number column
- Do not include hyphens, commas, periods, or parenthesis in the first and last name columns
- Email is required for all contacts
- A header row is not required.
