The plugin is not 100% compatible with all themes. Please ensure that the API is configured properly and filter settings has a tolerance that will allow reviews to be shown.
Also make sure that cURL is enabled on your server. Once cURL will be enabled then this issue should be resolved.
If the plugin is still not working, we recommend using the iframe code.
